Joan'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 (30 oz.) jar favorite spaghetti sauce
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain excess grease.
    Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer.
    Cook noodles according to directions on package. Cool slightly in cold water in order to be able to handle.
    Place a small amount of the sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Then layer, in the following order:
    noodles, sauce, Cheddar cheese, noodles, sauce, Mozzarella, noodles, sauce, Parmesan and remaining Cheddar and Mozzarella.
    Bake about 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot.
