Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Preparation

Mix ingredients well, adding enough sweet milk to make soft, but not running.
Drop small amounts from the end of a teaspoon into very hot oil.
Cook until brown.
