Fruit Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe banana
    1 c. pineapple chunks (in own juice)
    1 c. fresh strawberries
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. powdered soy milk
Preparation
    Pre-chill all fruits.
    Put all ingredients in blender; blend on medium speed for 30 seconds, then whip at high speed for 10 seconds.
    Makes 3 servings.
