Fresh Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed peaches, drained
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 c. half and half
3 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 drops red food color

Preparation

Mix all ingredients; chill and churn.
Freeze.
