Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    7 rounded Tbsp. light brown sugar
    juice from 1 orange
    2 oz. creme de banana
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    4 bananas, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2 oz. Captain Morgan spiced rum
    6 large scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine butter and brown sugar in a skillet over medium heat and caramelize.
    Add orange juice and creme de banana.
    Add walnuts, bananas and rum; flame (optional) agitating pan slightly. Put ice cream into individual bowls and spoon mixture over ice cream.
    Serve warm.
