Gourmet Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. chopped onion (less if desired)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dill seed
    1 c. sour cream (optional)
    2 1/2 lb. stew beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add meat; brown well.
    Add onion.
    Combine other ingredients (except sour cream).
    Add to meat and onion; cook, covered, until meat is tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
    If desired, add sour cream.
    Serve with parsley buttered noodles.
