Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Line muffin tins with liners.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until blended.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Pour over wafers filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes. Remove from pan when cool.
Top with fruit, nuts or preserves.
