Corn Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tamales
    1 can corn niblets
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Break tamales in pieces.
    Mix with corn and beaten eggs.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into casserole; sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until center is firm.
    Garnish with ripe olives, if desired.
