Lemon Butter Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped dill
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    6 trout, filleted
Preparation
    Combine butter, lemon juice, parsley, dill and black pepper. On a 12 x 12-inch square aluminum foil, shape butter mixture into 1-inch log.
    Wrap tightly in foil and freeze for 1 hour.
    Broil trout, meat side up, for about 5 minutes.
    Serve topped with 2 slices herb butter.
    Serves 6.
