Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten until thick
1 c. sugar (add slowly)
1/3 c. water (add slowly)
1 tsp. vanilla (add slowly)
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
Preparation

Bake on cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 until done.
Don't overbake. Turn out on towel covered with powdered sugar and roll.
Cool, then unroll and add ice cream.
Reroll and freeze.
