Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. grated orange rind
walnuts (optional)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cranberries, cut in half
1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients.
Stir in walnuts and cranberries.
Combine eggs, orange juice, water and oil.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir until moist.
Pat into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
