Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
diced onions to your taste
16 oz. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine hash brown potatoes, sour cream, onions and cheese all together.
Place in baking dish.
Melt butter or margarine.
Crush corn flakes fine and mix with butter. Spread over top of potatoes and bake for about 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy.
