Eggplant Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    2 beaten eggs
    1 or more c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 jar Prego or Ragu sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Slice eggplant; leave skin on.
    Put eggplant in a pan; sprinkle with salt and cover with water (it takes out the bitterness).
