Raisin Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Combine dry ingredients with carrots, raisins and pineapple. Mix in remaining ingredients and spoon into cups.
Bake 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
