Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. milk
    oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    4 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    4 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
    cracker crumbs (I like Ritz)
Preparation
    Mix together in saucepan the flour, butter, salt, pepper and milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Let cool.
    Add to the cool sauce mashed up salmon, onion, egg, celery and bell pepper.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add cracker crumbs to make stiff.
    Make heaping tablespoonfuls of salmon mixture into balls.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Drop into hot oil until brown.
