Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    sugar (brown or granulated)
    lg. marshmallows
    margarine
    cinnamon, spice
    nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes until tender. Mash potatoes, adding sugar and spice to taste. When potato mixture is cool enough to handle, take a large marshmallow and with potato mixture form a ball. Dip in melted margarine and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Bake in baking dish greased with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 20 minutes, or until potato balls will begin to crack and you can see the marshmallow melting.
