Ben'S Favorite Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced ham
    10 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin and boiled
    American cheese slices
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil and drain potatoes.
    In a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 2-inch casserole dish, place ham in a layer, followed by half of potatoes.
    Cover potatoes with cheese slices.
    Repeat potato and cheese layers, adding salt and pepper, as desired.
    Dot with margarine.
    Pour milk over top.
    May add more milk, if you like. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese has melted and milk is bubbly.
