Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
8 marshmallows
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cook potatoes. Peel and mash. Add butter, milk and salt. Place in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Push marshmallows down into mixture. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until marshmallows are brown, about 15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
