Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    8 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and pat dry.
    Quarter each potato.
    Cut each quarter crosswise into 1/4-inch slices, cutting to, but not through, bottom of potato to resemble a fan.
    Place each potato wedge, skin side down, on large baking sheet.
    Set aside.
    Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Brush tops and sides of potatoes with mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
