Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
9-inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
dash of garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/8 c. jalapeno slices
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. light cream
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook sausage until done.
Crumble and then drain.
Prepare 9-inch pie shell.
Mix
cheese and sausage.
Sprinkle in shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Place foil around edges so it will not burn during this time.
