Meaty Chili With Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 (19-oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
    1 (10-3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 drops of hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, celery and garlic in a Dutch oven; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently.
    Yield:
    about 8 cups.
