Coconut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients; add coconut.
Mix thoroughly.
Combine liquid ingredients.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Blend carefully. Let stand 20 minutes.
Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0.
