Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and shortening.
    Add flour, stirring until it is not sticky.
    Let cool.
    Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each.
    Place on cookie sheet, about 1 rounded tablespoonful per cream puff.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
