Scrambled Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. shredded cabbage (1/2 head)
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 medium onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Heat bacon drippings and oil in large skillet.
Stir in cabbage, celery, onion, green pepper and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with sugar and salt.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking.
