Canadian Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 qt. boiling water
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 yeast cake (dry)
    salt
Preparation
    Cook oatmeal and let cool.
    Add molasses, sugar, shortening, yeast and salt.
    Flour to knead.
    Let rise.
    Pout in loaves and let rise a second time.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
