Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots and zucchini
    1 c. broccoli florets, cut small
    1 c. cauliflower florets, cut small
    29 oz. jar marinara sauce
    15 oz. cottage cheese or skim Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles until they are done; drain.
    Run under cold water and drain.
    Cook carrots and vegetables in steamer or boil until tender, around 8 minutes.
