Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. raisins and nuts
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar;
mix well.
Add pumpkin, water and oil; mix again.
Add dry ingredients and mix.
For baking, use 1 pound coffee or other similar size cans.
Do not grease cans. Pour mixture into cans, fill to halfway mark.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn cans upside down and let stand until cold.
Bread will slide easily from can.
