Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box small elbow macaroni
    1 small can tuna
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped very fine
    3 stalks celery, chopped medium
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/4 c. frozen peas, thawed and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    green pepper slices for garnish
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain completely.
    Rinse slightly and let cool. Chop onion and celery; add to macaroni in a large bowl.
    Add tuna to
    vegetables; mix.
    Add lemon juice and mix again.
    Add mayonnaise, parsley, peas, salt, pepper and seasoning to bowl and mix.
    Chill; serve cold.
