Potato Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. hash browns with onion
    1 qt. hot water
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 drops hot sauce
    dash of garlic
    1 lb. sausage
    paprika
Preparation
    Cover hash browns with hot water; let stand 10 minutes and drain.
    Lightly brown sausage; drain.
    Beat eggs; add potatoes and remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture into well-greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
