Shrimp And Green Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, cooled, shelled and deveined
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. soy sauce or more
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Shrimp in one layer in bottom of baking dish with salt and pepper.
    Saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter and mix with flour and sour cream, 4 tablespoons butter, soy sauce and salt and pepper.
    Pour all of sauce over shrimp. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake 10 minutes until bubbly.
    Serve over cooked, drained green spinach noodles.
