Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    4 oz. can diced green chilies
    14 oz. bag tortilla chips, lightly crushed
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 c. sour cream
    2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion and garlic in hot oil.
    Add meat.
    Cook until browned.
    Blend tomatoes, taco seasoning and chilies.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain fat.
