Creamy Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 large can pumpkin (about 3 c.)
    2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Slice cookie dough thin and place on bottom, sides and corners of 13 x 9-inch pan (do not grease or flour).
    Pack way up.
    Cream the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour on top of cookie dough.
    Mix together the 1 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 eggs and spice, then add pumpkin and evaporated milk.
    Mix well and pour over cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into center, dry.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares.
    Garnish with whipped cream.
