White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. oil
    7 to 8 c. flour (more or less)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix well.
    Add sugar, salt, milk and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add enough flour to make a dough you can handle.
    Knead on floured board until smooth; place in oiled bowl, turn one time to oil top and let rise 1 hour in warm place.
    Punch down and knead for about 5 minutes.
    Shape into 2 loaves; let rise until double in size.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
    Brush top with butter; let stand 10 minutes before turning out on rack to cool.
