Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 c. applesauce
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. sweetener
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cook raisins in water until soft; drain. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
