Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs
3 c. flour (plain)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place sugar, oil and pumpkin in a large bowl.
Beat well at a medium speed.
Add 1 egg at a time; beat well after each one.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Fold in batter and add nuts.
Bake one hour.
