Mr. Nik'S Chocolate Chunk Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream (room temperature)
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chunks
    1 1/2 c. sugar (more or less)
Preparation
    Melt butter and combine with 1/3 cup sugar and crumbs.
    Press into bottom of 9-inch or 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Heat in oven at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
