Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sour cream
2 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Gradually add sugar to well beaten eggs.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add to sugar mixture alternately with oil and sour cream, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla, apples and pecans.
