Bobbie'S Pie Crust(For 9 Or 10-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plus blended pastry and bread flour
    1 tsp. salt (scant)
    1/3 lb. lard
    1/4 c. ice water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Blend in lard with pastry blender.
    Add water slowly, tossing with fork until clingy, then roll together with fingers until it forms a ball.
    Divide in two for top and bottom crust.
    Roll out on pastry cloth with a little whole wheat flour or wheat bran to keep from sticking.
