Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease cookie sheet.
    Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    In separate bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds.
    Add 2 cups sugar, milk and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating until well blended.
    Form dough into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in a mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Place balls 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet.
    Flatten lightly with bottom of a drinking glass.
    Bake 8 minutes or until golden.
    Makes 66.
