Mexicalli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 small chopped onion (optional)
    1 small chopped bell pepper (optional)
    1 large Ragu (any flavor)
    1 large bag noodles
    1 large bag sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook beef and drain.
    Saute onion and bell pepper.
    Add to beef and add salt and pepper.
    Add Ragu sauce.
    Mix together. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Place noodles on top of meat mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Simmer another 20 minutes.
    Serve with salad and garlic bread.
