Lemon Delight Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Combine cake mix, egg and Cool Whip and mix together.
Roll in small balls.
Roll balls in powdered sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Do not overbake.
