Pumpkin Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can or 2 c. fresh pumpkin
Preparation

Sift
dry
ingredients together twice.
Blend salad oil and sugar thoroughly
with electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating
well
after each addition.
Add pumpkin and mix well. Turn the
mixer
to
the
lowest speed and blend in dry ingredients.
Pour
batter
into
greased
and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
