Louisiana Style Baby Back Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp. meat tenderizer
3 or more lbs. baby back ribs
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 bottles bulls eye original bbq sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Wash ribs in clean water, place in pot with water covering ribs.
Add meat tenderizer; cook on medium heat until meat changes color and remove.
In a large bowl, add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Douse meat heavily in mixture and place in large baking pan.
Place in oven.
Douse with sauce periodically.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
