Fried Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    2 large onions
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into bowl.
    Add milk, oil and egg.
    Beat until smooth.
    Cut onions into 1/4-inch slices and separate into rings.
    Dip each ring into batter.
    Drain excess batter into bowl. Drop into 1 inch of oil heated to 375\u00b0.
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Drain on paper.
    Leftovers may be cooled, wrapped and frozen.
    Reheat in 350\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
