Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cooked rice
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 400\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until set.
