Colcannon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    2 large onions
    1 head cabbage
    1/2 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, onions and chopped cabbage in salted water until tender.
    Drain well.
    Melt butter in heavy skillet.
    Saute boiled vegetables and parsley in butter.
    Season with salt and pepper.
