Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
pie shells
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition, then add remaining ingredients, except for shells.
Pour into 10-inch pie shells.
Use two 9-inch frozen pie shells.
Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 40 to 45 minutes longer.
