Make Ahead Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar; stir into flour mixture. Chill well before you roll out the crusts.
    Place in pans and freeze.
    Makes 6 crusts.
