Hot Pepper Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    72 peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 qt. mustard
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Clean peppers.
    Leave seeds in and run through food chopper. Combine salt, sugar, mustard and vinegar.
    Mix with peppers and boil 10 to 15 minutes, then add flour and water.
    Mix well and cook about 5 minutes or until it thickens.
    Fill jars and seal. Makes 9 to 11 pints.
