Chicken And Rice Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1 jar dried beef (optional)
Preparation

Wrap chicken with dried beef.
Hold together with toothpicks. Mix with rest of ingredients and cook in a slow cooker on low all day or 3 hours on high.
Chicken can be wrapped and left in refrigerator overnight before cooking.
Serve with rice.
Can be made low-fat by skinning chicken, using low-fat sour cream, low-fat soup and omitting dried beef.
